Information about our breeding program:

-We breed for overall health, quality, and temperament, not for coat or eye color.

- We are an ongoing full participant in OFA, Factor VII, and breed specific health testing.

-Our puppies will always be micro chipped prior to leaving.

-Our puppies go to their new homes with 30 days free pet health insurance provided by Trupanion. (Exclusions apply to NY due to state specific laws)

-Our puppies are born and raised in the comfort and security of our home.

-The puppies born here will be socialized and introduced with new people and dogs.

-Puppies will be dewormed at the ages of 2,4,6, & 8 weeks.

-Puppies will receive their first round of vaccines, a physical exam, and will have a certificate of health when they are ready to go to their new homes by a licensed vet.

-Puppies will be introduced to nail trimmings, baths, water, and being handled regularly.

-Our puppies do come with a health guarantee.

-We DO NOT ship our puppies. If you plan on having one of our puppies and do not live near our area and do not wish to drive, you could fly to one of our nearby airports & I will meet you at the airport with your puppy, granted the puppy flies back in cabin underneath your seat.

-For flying, if owner unavailable to travel, we will fly or hire a flight nanny to accompany the puppy at the buyers expense.

-Our puppies will NOT leave before 8 weeks of age. It is crucial for the puppies to stay with their litter mates and mother for a minimum of 8 weeks.

-If you are interested in our puppies or meeting us in person, we encourage you to come meet us at an Alaskan Klee Kai meet up. You can find information on these meet ups in the Facebook group - Alaskan Klee Kai NJ

- We do not raise or lower the price of a puppy simply because of coat color or eye color, again, we breed for temperament, quality, and health. All puppies are priced the same.

-If you are interested in one of our puppies, please be aware that the more preferences you desire in a puppy (Ex: Blue eyes, Black and white, Miniature, Male) The longer you may have to wait. We can't guarantee a litter will produce a specific coat color or eye color before they are born. Size(Toy, Miniature, or Standard) is never a guarantee and should never be guaranteed by any breeder. We give our best educated guess as to which size variation they may reach as an adult.

-If you have any further questions or concerns, please go to the Contact page & be sure to let me know! Thank you

A little more about us......

I would like to start by saying not a day goes by that I don't appreciate or cherish my dogs individually. The world of dogs is not new to me, but the dogs make the world new to me every day by showing me their capabilities and endless possibilities. I first stumbled upon the Alaskan Klee Kai in 2007 but it wasn't until in 2011 that I brought home my very first little husky from Shalimar Acres. Since then I fell in love with the breed and began showing in altered conformation. (Altered conformation is provided by the United Kennel club to those who have dogs that are spayed or neutered, but still wish to compete in show). One thing led to another, and now I am proud small time exhibitor and breeder of these remarkable little dogs. I have dedicated my free time to our breed clubs, AKKAOA and AKKCOA, as well as our breeds rescue, AKKNR. I am certified by the state of NJ for Animal Control & Animal Cruelty investigation. Our dogs are first and foremost our family first & they accompany us on our travels and outdoor adventures like hiking, kayaking, family events, etc. If you have any further questions please let me know, thank you for reading & your interest in our Alaskan Klee Kai.
